SUMMARY:10th Annual Healthy Steps for CHANGE
DESCRIPTION:September 6\, 2025 is the 10th Annual Stair Challenge\nBig Anniversary – Big Challenge – 5 million stairs in 1 day\n\nThis is our main fundraiser that helps fund programs that we run year round. This past summer\, Change Adventure Camp provided 7 summer jobs for young Albertans as camp counsellors and diverse preventative health activities for over 200 children. Please help us as we support our children’s growth!  All funds go to supporting low income children and families access programs to build like skills in four areas: 1. Healthy eating and meal preparation 2. Physical Activity 3. Mental Health 4. Social Connection.  All donations are eligible for tax receipts. \n\n\nAs this is the 10th Annual Healthy Steps for Change\, we thought we need a bigger challenge this year.  Rather than the regular 1 million stairs in a single day\, we are raising the bar to 5 million.  This is a total we have never reached.  We will need the whole community to come out and help do some stairs.
